Academy Of Cilento Youth Workers
The Cilento Youth Workers School, organized by Cilento Youth Union, has been delivered in two editions as a training program dedicated to youth workers and practitioners in non-formal education and youth development.
The Academy strengthens skills in facilitation, youth engagement, and community participation through practice-based learning and exchange.

Youth Workers School – Eurhope (1st Edition)
The Eurhope project was developed to support youth empowerment in the Cilento area. It led to the creation of the first Youth Workers School, promoted by APG in collaboration with Cilento Youth Union and Living Lab MDnet.
The initiative focused on strengthening proactivity, collaboration, and entrepreneurial mindset among young people, through the understanding of European values and youth rights.
The project was funded by ActionAid International Italia E.T.S and Fondazione Realizza il Cambiamento, within the framework of “THE CARE – Civil Actors for Rights and Empowerment”, co-financed by the European Union.

Youth Workers School – ErasmusHub (2nd Edition)
The second edition of the Cilento Youth Workers School, titled ErasmusHub, was developed within the “Borghi” initiative, funded by the Italian Ministry of Culture and the European Union through NextGenerationEU, and promoted by Cilento Youth Union in the framework of Erasmus+ initiatives.
The program was a free hybrid training pathway, combining residential seminars and online sessions focused on European project design, youth participation, and the use of emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, to support territorial development.
